Dear women who are doing everything for everyone else and somehow still feel like they're falling behind โ€”

Welcome to my life.

And that's no joke. Wellโ€ฆ kinda.

My name is Samantha Montpetit-Huynh and I am the proud mom of two incredible young women (ages 20 and 24 โ€” yes, I'm officially an empty nester), and two very good dogs. I am an online Menopause Health and Strength Coach, author, speaker, course creator, media expert, and serial entrepreneur. And although it may look like I often have it "together," I'm here to tell you โ€” the grass always looks greener on the other side.

When my girls were babies, I built my career working with pregnant women and new moms, because I was living that season of life right alongside them. I was one of the first in Canada to specialize in Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor rehabilitation โ€” long before it became part of the mainstream conversation.

Fast forward almost 25 years, and my babies aren't babies anymore. The house is quieter. My focus has shifted. And honestly? So have I.

Now I pour everything into helping women 40+ navigate the physical, physiological, and emotional changes that come with perimenopause and menopause โ€” because this stage deserves just as much attention, expertise, and care as any other. More, actually, because for too long it's been ignored, minimized, and misunderstood.

Whether you're a mom whose kids have flown the nest, a caregiver who's always last on her own list, or just a woman who gives and gives and gives โ€” and quietly wonders when it gets to be her turn โ€” I hear you. I am you.

And I'm here to tell you: this next chapter? It can be the strongest one yet.

I know this journey from the inside out. For over two decades, I've navigated the demands of building a business, raising my daughters, showing up as a wife (and more recently, as a woman finding her footing after separation) โ€” all while trying to be the "fitpro" I thought I was supposed to be.

But as I watched my own body change โ€” felt my hormones shift, noticed what the scale couldn't capture โ€” something clicked. Fitness and health are so much more than a number. And this body of mine? It's not something to fight. It's something to be in awe of.

Here's what I need you to hear: loss of muscle, sore and achy joints, chronic pain, and leaking are NOT a normal part of aging. They are not the price of being a woman. And you don't have to accept them.

My goal for every woman I work with is the same goal I hold for myself โ€” to feel confident in your abilities, strong and functional in your everyday life, and to genuinely love the body that has carried you this far. Because it has carried you far. And it's not done yet.

Let's rock menopause and midlife. Together.
